This application only concerns Phase 3 - the upgrade a 20 km section of the DR08035 road from Clarkebury to the Mjanyana Hospital in the Eastern Cape. This will include the upgrade of bridges and culverts along the road. The aim of the road upgrade is to provide easy access to the hospital for villagers along the route of DR08035 from Clarkebury and surrounding areas.
