Think Green was issued intent to issue a noncompliance by the Department of Environmental Affairs for operating without a Waste License in terms of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act (Act 59 of 2008). In order to address this potential noncompliance issue, Think Green Recycling is applying for a Waste License to the Department of Economic Development, Environmental affairs and Tourism by undertaking the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Process as stipulated in the EIA Regulations (GN. R. 982 2014).
