The Kouga Wind Farm Community Development Trust (KWFCDT) in conjunction with the Eastern Cape Department of Education (ECDoE) is proposing to construct a new fee-paying Humansdorp Primary School and associated sports fields and facilities on Erf 3298, Humansdorp, in the Eastern Cape. The extent of the property is approximately 23 ha, of which approximately 6.5ha will be developed for the primary school and associated facilities and infrastructure.
Initial Construction Infrastructure Component Descriptions:
The proposed layout allows for three (3) additional blocks to be built in the future. The layout also allows for the sports areas to be easily fenced off separately from the school buildings.
